Modern Southeast Asian Tasting Event
Siti in Austin
Siti opened just this past summer in July, and it's swiftly becoming one of ATX's newest crown jewels, landing on both Eater’s and Tribeza’s “Best New Restaurants in Austin” Lists and garnering a Recommendation nod from the good folks at Michelin Guide. Having worked with Chef/Owner Laila Bazahm in the past though at El Raval (and knowing her illustrious background – see her time at Chef Emmanuel Stroobant’s Michelin-Starred Saint Pierre, Michelin-Starred L’Atelier Joël Robuchon, and Hawker Street Food Bar at The Post) we were primed to visit long before the "food experts" weight in. Even we couldn't have imagined the show she and her rockstar team put on for us though, serving up mouthwatering plate after mouthwatering plate. Add on Chef Bazahm's kitchen stories and culinary learnings, and it truly was a night we won't soon forget!
