Contemporary Indian Dinner Series

New York - April 22nd at Pondicheri

This collaboration represented a huge step forward for the TC community - we're still in disbelief that a 4-time James Beard Best Chef Nominee would fly across the country to work with us! Additionally, it was our largest 2-seating event series to date, with 140+ members and their guests turning out to fill up the restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but Chef Jaisinghani was a truly amazing host and filled the evening with fascinating stories about herself and her food. Below are the 3 top courses from each seating as rated by attendees on their feedback cards:

 

1ST SEATING

1st Place: Chicken 25 - chicken curry with tomato, fenugreek, garam masala, and cilantro chutney

2nd Place: Patel G Ice Cream Sandwich - with bournvita ice cream and cookie ladoo

3rd Place: Goa Pork - served with rice in a coconut curry sauce

 

2ND SEATING
