Day 1: 5-Course Edo-Inspired Omakase Tasting Series
Opened in March of 2024, this Chestnut Hill eatery was a 2025 Boston Magazine “Best of Boston” Award-Winner and was named to Eater’s 2025 List of “Best Sushi in Boston.” Chef Kegan Stritchko is a sushi ace with more than a decade of experience under his belt, notably with stints at Uni and Fat Baby. At XOXO, he is practicing Edomae-style sushi, a traditional practice from the 19th century that masterfully preserves seafood using a variety of methods. XOXO infuses modern dry aging techniques into its creations to combine the best of old and new, resulting in extraordinary flavors and textures. Chef Kegan Stritchko's love for the art of sushi started on Valentine’s Day in 2012, when he started his first culinary position after finishing high school. He's since honed his craft in kitchens across the country including Uni and Fat Baby Sushi, Makoto at the Bal Harbour Shops, Uchi, and more.
