5-Course Homage To Mexico City Tasting Event

XIXA, pronounced "shiksa," is a Michelin Bib Gourmand selection (it recently got another nod in '22), and one focused on creating innovative Mexican cuisine. Helmed by genius Chef Jason Marcus, who focuses on exploring his enduring love for Mexican food, this culinary delight draws on Chef Marcus' global travels and classical training to create experimental dishes that are entirely his own. We'll be taking over the entire restaurant once again for this feast, and we can't wait to get an update on where Chef Marcus' journey has taken him since we saw him last!

About the Host:

Jason Marcus

Hailing from New Jersey, Chef Jason Marcus honed his craft working in the kitchens of Eleven Madison Park and Le Bernardin prior to opening XIXA and his other restaurant, Traif. He has been a contestant on Food Network’s “Chopped.”
