Traif

DAY 2: 6-Course Globally Inspired Dinner Series

Yep, it's that time again. We're heading back to the one-and-only Traif for another celebration of pork, shellfish, and all things "un-kosher" with virtuoso Chef/Owner Jason Marcus. The last time we teamed up with this critically-acclaimed eatery was way back in August; in other words, it's been way too long! Naturally, Chef Marcus, who is constantly pushing the culinary envelope, has a bunch of new dishes that he's eager to get our feedback on. And, naturally, we can't wait to serve as his loyal guinea pigs yet again! For those of you who haven't attended any of our past events at Traif, you can review Chef Marcus's insanely impressive bio below. Trust us that 'virtuoso' is no exaggeration when describing his culinary prowess. As usual, we'll be taking over the entire restaurant for this event, and Chef Marcus, who is always full of stories, will be introducing the courses from behind the restaurant's open kitchen and participating in a Q&A during dessert!
