The White Bull

Day 1: 5-Course Sustainably Seasonal Tasting Series

A true veteran on today’s volatile restaurant scene, having opened in 2018, this Michelin Guide recommended Decatur eatery is keeping things fresh with its inventive Italian farm-to-table menu. Chef Pat Siciliano draws his inspiration from the surrounding local market. Working with an incredible network of farmers and purveyors, he is turning out dishes designed to delight diners, like Georgia peaches & cream with stracciatella and cucumbers, bluefin tuna crudo with pickled green strawberries, swordfish schnitzel with green tomatoes, gochujang, and turnip puree, and amazing pasta dishes, such as black spaghetti with chorizo, shrimp, jalapeño, and breadcrumbs and cappelletti with corn, ricotta, saffron, pickled chilis, and parmesan. Indeed, Eater named The White Bull to its 2025 List of “Best Pasta Around Atlanta.” What’s more, Condé Nast Traveler salutes The White Bull for its “true taste of Georgia on every plate,” while the Michelin Guide hails its “subtle and thoughtful cooking.” We are very much looking forward to our visit here and hope you’ll be able to join us!

Executive Chef

Chef Pat Siciliano is a staple of the Porchetta Group, having honed his craft as Executive Chef of Decatur's The White Bull. He has collaborated on multiple culinary projects with the group, including Atlanta's Alici.


The Lineup


Courses #1, #4 & #5 will be individually plated; courses #2 & #3 will be served family-style. This menu will be Shellfish Free. For the list of restrictions Chef is accommodating, scroll to the bottom of this page.

Do guests need to be of a certain age to attend this event?
Yes. All attendees must be 21+ to gain entry.
Does this restaurant allow BYOB?
No. This restaurant is a non-BYO establishment. Outside alcohol will not be permitted at this event.
What is the event ticket cancellation/refund policy?
Restaurants purchase the food for our events 14 days before the event date, at which point we are on the hook for the cost of your ticket. As such, we are not able to offer refunds (or credits towards future events) for any cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of the event date. We will, however, issue full refunds for all cancellation requests submitted at least 14 days before the event date. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@tastingcollective.com.
What dietary restrictions/food allergies can be accommodated at this event?
Due to the large-format nature of our events, restaurants are not able to accommodate all dietary restrictions/food allergies or make any menu adjustments based on food preferences (e.g distaste for specific ingredients/flavor profiles). This restaurant will be offering substitutions exclusively for the following restrictions/allergies: Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Allium, Parmesan, Mascarpone, Ricotta Salata, Gluten, Mushroom, Nut, Fish. They are NOT accommodating restrictions related to the following ingredients: Butter, Milk/Cream.
