The Reserve at the Highland
5-Course Avant-American Tasting Event
Opened this past September, this Park Cities steakhouse landed on Dallas Observer’s List of “12 Biggest Openings” and PaperCity’s Liist of “Buzziest Restaurant Openings.” Here is a modern American grille where craft and flame come together with refined hospitality. Executive Chef Andrew Bell has worked for some of the most recognizable names in Dallas restaurant history, including Aurora, Parigi, and The Mansion. In his new digs, he is executing dishes that are designed to delight diners, such as jumbo lump crab cakes, roasted bone marrow on toast, Dover sole meuniere, piri piri chicken, whole smoked cauliflower, and, of course, fabulous beef in all kinds of varieties. Luscious desserts too, like Baked Dallas (butter pecan ice cream with whiskey cake) and chocolate budino with salted caramel, hazelnut, and gold leaf. And it’s all turned out in a green-tiled open kitchen that brings spectacle to the dining experience. “Prime Texas beef, seasonal produce, and thoughtful service define an experience that feels both timeless and new,” says Resy, so, naturally, we are primed ourselves to visit here. We hope you can join us!
