The Asbury

5-Course Elevated Carolinian Tasting Event

A fixture of the Queen City’s restaurant scene since 2014, The Asbury was named one of the “21 Best Restaurants in Charlotte” by Condé Nast and was a 2022 winner of Open Table’s Diners Choice Awards. Located within the historic Dunhill Hotel, The Asbury has a fresh, bright dining room with a front wall of windows overlooking the street and pastel-hued walls displaying work from local artists. Within this inviting space, Executive Chef Parker Bland is turning out food that is a tribute to the city's Southern roots and the culturally diverse community of the New South. Here, you’ll find classics like deviled eggs, cauliflower bisque, red wine braised short ribs, pecan crusted pork tenderloin, cast iron biscuits served with bacon jam, shrimp and grits, and butterscotch pudding. Eater has named The Asbury to its list of the “17 Essential Restaurants to Eat in Uptown Charlotte,” and we are so looking forward to our visit. Hope to see you there!
