Stone Cellar Bistro
5-Course Avant-American Tasting Event
Opened in June of 2022 in Olde Town Arvada, this down-home restaurant featuring French-inspired methods with honest Colorado ingredients vaulted right onto such Best Of Lists as 5280’s “25 Best in Denver” and Westword’s “Top 10 Best New in Denver.” Chef/Owners Jordan Alley and Brandon Kerr draw on over 30 years of experience in the food world, ranging from cooking with legendary chef Thomas Keller to establishing a popular food truck business called The G Wagon, to create their dream restaurant. At Stone Cellar Bistro, they handmade every table, the entire bar, shelving, the kitchen, restrooms, and everything in between. And then there’s the food. We’re talking about dishes like cabbage pancakes with kimchi, foie gras parfait with preserved cherries and pistachios, sea bass roasted in brown butter with coconut meringue, chili, roasted peanuts, and lime, and slow-cooked heritage pork shoulder with grits, kale, and red eye gravy. “This quaint but elegant spot has become the homestead for fresh foods and relaxing ambiance,” says 303 Magazine, while Westword calls it “a stunner…a truly delicious, and ambitious, addition to the scene.” What more is there to say? We’re psyched to visit!
