Rosemont
Day 2: 5-Course Contemporary American Tasting Series
Opened in 2023, this popular eatery in the heart of enchanting Elizabeth jumped right onto Charlotte Observer’s “Best New Restaurants” List upon its launch (and has only grown in estimation since). The brainchild of the team behind equally popular Elizabeth restaurants, The Crunkleton, Puerta, and Cheat’s Cheesesteak Parlor, Rosemont is an all-day restaurant, neighborhood market, and wine bar wrapped up into one. Naturally, we are focused on the dinner hour, which means a menu that might feature such dishes as buffalo cauliflower, scallop risotto, duck confit pasta, and beef bulgogi lettuce wraps. Dessert has such showstoppers as mango pie, white chocolate cheesecake, and a killer crème brulee. It’s palate-pleasing food served in a fun, dive environment, and it promises to be a terrific evening out for our Tasting Collective community. See you there!
