5-Course Wood-Fired Italian Tasting Event
Opened this past May, this Italian eatery is the latest creation from celebrity chef Tiffany Derry, who made a big splash on Top Chef and was nominated for a James Beard Award. Radici, which is just steps away from Chef Derry’s much-acclaimed Roots Southern Table in the Farmers Branch suburb, immediately vaulted onto such important Lists as Eater’s “12 Hottest Restaurants in Dallas,” PaperCity’s “Biggest Dallas Openings,” and Resy’s “Top Restaurants in Dallas Right Now.” In this sleekly contemporary trattoria with its blond wood, heigh ceilings, and restful earth tones, diners delight in such dishes as suppli al telefono on pesto (friend risotto croquettes reminiscent of arancini), prosciutto with melon, Kurobuta pork chop with grilled radicchio and a balsamic glaze, lasagna bianca, eggplant involtini, and chicken parmesan. (A sublime version of tiramisù is among the desserts, along with pistachio olive oil cake, pretty sublime too.) This clearly is one of Dallas’ most exciting new restaurants, and we are excited indeed to visit here with hosting Chef Ivana Robinson. It promises to be a memorable evening!

Born and raised in Dickinson, TX, Chef Ivana Robinson graduated from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and began catering after that. After a meeting with Chef Tiffany Derry and a shift or two in the kitchen, Ivana joined the Roots Southern Table team and never looked back. She now serves as sous chef at Radici Wood Fired Grill.

- Do I have to bring printed tickets to the event?
- No tickets are needed.
- What does the ticket price cover?
- The ticket price covers the full cost of the meal.
- What dietary restrictions/food allergies can be accommodated at this event?
- At this event we will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and food allergies. - Do guests need to be of a certain age to attend this event?
- Yes. All attendees must be 21+ to gain entry.
- Does this restaurant allow BYOB?
- No. This restaurant is a non-BYO establishment. Outside alcohol will not be permitted at this event.
- What is the event ticket cancellation/refund policy?
- Tickets to our events are non-refundable. However, for emergency requests, we may allow members to transfer their tickets to friends, provided the guest ticket surcharge of $25 is paid when transferring a member ticket to a non-member. All ticket transfer requests (as well as the guest ticket surcharge) must be sent to us prior to the event. Any guests who have not paid the guest ticket surcharge will not be allowed entry.

- Can I bring guests/non-members to this event?
- Yep! For this event, guest tickets are $90 + tax & tip, and you can bring up to 3 guests. Please note, guests are not allowed to attend unaccompanied by a member.
