La Strega

5-Course Ode to Bel Paese Tasting Event

When it opened in 2019, this Summerlin trattoria was named Eater Vegas’ “Restaurant of the Year” and appeared on Food & Wine’s “Best in LV” List. The good news is that it has kept up its standards in the five years since, landing on two of Eater’s most prized 2024 lists: “Best Italian in LV” and “38 Essential LV Restaurants.” Chef/Partner Gina Marinelli, who has worked for such iconic chefs as Shawn McClain, Scott Conant, and Michael Mina, has spent much time traveling through the various regions of Italy, gaining ideas and insights into one of the world’s indisputably great cuisines. At La Strega, she is turning out stellar versions of classic dishes like cacio e pepe, rigatoni Bolognese, chicken cacciatore, fritto misto, swordfish Milanese, and luscious desserts like lemongrass panna cotta and butterscotch budino. “It seems like just the restaurant Summerlin needed, complete with a beautiful dining room and lounge,” said Eater, when they bestowed their “Restaurant of the Year” award on La Strega. Those words hold true today. We can’t wait to visit here!

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlandao, Chef Gina Marinelli moved to Vegas in 2006, where she began working alongside iconic chefs including Michael Mina at Nobhill Tavern, Sven Mede at American Fish at Aria, Shawn McClain at Sage at Aria, and James Beard Award-Winning Scott Conant at D.O.C.G Enoteca at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. A visit to the Amalfi Coast, Sicily and Bologna inspired her for her next project, La Strega, opened in early 2019.

What is the event ticket cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellation requests made within 10 business days of an event are not refundable or transferrable to future events. Cancellation requests made prior to 10 business days will receive a full refund.

Yep! For this event, guest tickets are $95 + tax & tip, and you can bring up to 3 guests. Please note, guests are not allowed to attend unaccompanied by a member.
