DAY 1: 9-Course Oceanic Extravaganza

In our opinion, the ocean is synonymous with summer. So, when we were brainstorming ideas for our last event series in August, an oceanic-themed concept jumped to mind. Enter Gloria, a brand new seafood-obsessed eatery helmed by Chef/Co-Owner Diego Garcia. The restaurant, which opened just 6 months ago, exclusively serves seafood - and yes, it's all sustainably fished. Chef Garcia's dedication to seafood goes all the way back to childhood when he would catch octopuses and clams as a young boy, and he incorporates hints of his Mexican heritage throughout his menu. His resume is incredibly impressive (more on that below), and we can't wait to try out his unique brand of seafood. We're taking over the entire restaurant and Chef Garcia will, of course, be coming out of the kitchen to share culinary stories.
