Day 1: 5-Course Reveries of the Riviera Tasting Series
Opened in 2020, this airy, elegant French restaurant located in Scottsdale Fashion Square was named “Best French Restaurant” in a 2021 Phoenix New Times poll and also made their 2025 of “100 Best Restaurants in Phoenix.” Francine exudes the charms of le midi (the south of France), homeland to Chef/Founder Laurent Halasz, who created the celebrated Fig & Olive chain. Francine’s exceptional menu, now in the hands of Executive Chef Remy Lefebvre, who has helmed restaurants in Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, and Barcelona, features such fare as grilled snapper, two wash ranch chicken, whole branzino salt crust, bone marrow bucatini, and the inevitable steak frites. Classic French desserts too, like crème brûlée with lavender and candied orange, as well as chocolate pots de crème. It’s all served up in a stunning environment awash with natural light, so, “from the incredible food to the charming atmosphere, it's a culinary experience that will leave you wanting more” (as raves Phoenix Wanderer). French-born Chef Remy Lefebvre most recently served as Executive Chef at Michelin Recommended AVA Mediterranean but, prior to that role, he honed his craft at the iconic Raffles Hotel Singapore and the acclaimed Restaurant Casa. With his product driven cooking, and a focus on experience and high food quality, he brings more than 20 years of global culinary experience at Michelin-Starred restaurants and luxurious hotels to Francine.

- Do guests need to be of a certain age to attend this event?
- Yes. All attendees must be 21+ to gain entry.
- Does this restaurant allow BYOB?
- No. This restaurant is a non-BYO establishment. Outside alcohol will not be permitted at this event.
- What is the event ticket cancellation/refund policy?
- Restaurants purchase the food for our events 14 days before the event date, at which point we are on the hook for the cost of your ticket. As such, we are not able to offer refunds (or credits towards future events) for any cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of the event date. We will, however, issue full refunds for all cancellation requests submitted at least 14 days before the event date. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@tastingcollective.com.

- Due to the large-format nature of our events, restaurants are not able to accommodate all dietary restrictions/food allergies or make any menu adjustments based on food preferences (e.g distaste for specific ingredients/flavor profiles).
