Chez Maggy

5-Course Colorado-Inspired French Tasting Event

Opened in February of 2022 in the stylish Thompson Hotel, this French brasserie has been showered with acclaim, immediately winning places on USA Today’s List of “10 Best in Denver,” and both Eater’s and Thrillist’s “Best Restaurants in Denver” Lists. Chez Maggy is the culinary brainchild of Chef Ludovic Lefebvre, whom Relais & Châteaux named one of the World's 50 Greatest Chefs and whose LA eatery Petit Trois was a 2015 James Beard finalist for Best New Restaurant. A love letter to Margaret, Chef Lefebvre’s mother-in-law, and to Burgundy, the land of his childhood, Chez Maggy reimagines continental cuisine at the Continental Divide. Chef de Cuisine Thach Tran, our host for this event, will thus pick out highlights from the restaurant’s classic menu that might include trout almandine, coq au vin, veal banquette, salmon with sorrel sauce, or duck breast à l’orange. Save room for equally classic desserts like crème brûlée, profiteroles, or crepe Napoleon. “0ffers a range of brilliantly-executed cuisine standards…dinner at Chez Maggy is all romance,” raves 303 Magazine. We honestly can’t wait!
