Day 2: 5-Course Refined Parisian Tasting Series
A true veteran on the restaurant scene, this River North bistro continues to gather laurels, including being named to USA Today’s 2022 List of “10 Best in Chicago,” the Michelin Guide’s 2022 List of “Best French in Chicago,” and this year’s Lists in both Eater and Infatuation of “Best French in Chicago.” Chef/Owner Carrie Nahabedian was the Executive Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills before returning to her native Chicago to open the highly acclaimed Armenian-themed NAHA in 2000, which garnered her a James Beard “Best Chef: Great Lakes” award and seven consecutive Michelin Stars. In 2013, she opened Brindille, where she continues serving signature dishes seasonally inspired on an ever-changing menu. Here, one might find “off the bone” lamb shank with ratatouille, bulgur, and dandelion or lacquered aged moulard duck breast with poached donut peach, turnips, fennel, and hyssop. A native of Chicago’s northern suburbs, Chef Carrie Nahabedian began her career working in the kitchens of the Ritz Carlton. After a celebrated path from Le Perroquet and Le Francais, to LaTour at the Park Hyatt, to Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotels in Chicago, Santa Barbara and LA, she and her restaurateur cousin, Michael Nahabedian, opened NAHA in 2000. It earned a Michelin Star for 7 consecutive years. She is also a James Beard Award-Winner for “Best Chef: Great Lakes”.

- The ticket price covers the full cost of the meal.

- Yes. All attendees must be 21+ to gain entry.

- No. This restaurant is a non-BYO establishment. Outside alcohol will not be permitted at this event.
- What is the event ticket cancellation/refund policy?
- Restaurants purchase the food for our events 14 days before the event date, at which point we are on the hook for the cost of your ticket. As such, we are not able to offer refunds (or credits towards future events) for any cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of the event date. We will, however, issue full refunds for all cancellation requests submitted at least 14 days before the event date. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].

- Yep! For this event, guest tickets are $95 + tax & tip, and you can bring up to 3 guests. Please note, guests are not allowed to attend unaccompanied by a member.
