Bovino After Dark @ Seventhouse

Day 3: 5-Course Eclectic Omakase Tasting Series

Opened in 2023, this “secret” supper club (though we'll be taking over their larger sister spot, Seventhouse, for this event) offers a unique dining experience inside the bar at Hop City in West End. Well, not so much of a “secret” anymore, as Bovino After Dark has appeared on Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s List of “Six Supper Clubs to Visit” and Infatuation’s 2025 List of “Best in Atlanta.” Alex Sher of HeroBovino has teamed up here with Chef Chris McCord, who cooked at acclaimed Gunshow in Glenwood Park. Together, they offer an omakase menu, which means you leave the choice to the chef, which, in turn, naturally makes sense for a Tasting Collective event. On AJC’s visit to Bovino After Dark, they admired the katsu grouper and the sesame black bean fudge for dessert, but we don’t know what Chef McCord will have up his sleeve. You can be sure, however, that it will be inventive, playful, good to eat, and truly something different. We look forward to experiencing it with you and to hearing more from Chef McCord about how he approaches food!
