5-Course Inventive Italian Tasting Event

Opened just a shade over a year ago, this innovative Italian restaurant at Evora, an upscale community in Southwest Las Vegas, hopped right onto Eater's 2023 List of "Hottest New Restaurants in Las Vegas." Sicilian-born Executive Chef Francesco Di Caudo has two decades of culinary experience, with stints in Michelin-rated restaurants in Rome and Paris before he decided to bring his creative style to Las Vegas. In 2023, he was named a Finalist for a James Beard Award for "Best Chef: Southwest," and it's no wonder. His expertise is in on full display here, as he turns out superb dishes like foie gras custard with espresso-fig jam, paccheri pasta with squash blossoms and zucchini, crab risotto, vitello sorrentina (veal with Campari tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella), and branzino with artichoke confit and fava beans. If you love Italian food—and who doesn't—then here is an eatery awaiting discovery.

Hailing originally from Sicily, Chef Francesco Di Caudo trained in Michelin-recommended restaurants in Rome and Paris before moving to Las Vegas. In 2017, he was named "Chef of the Year" by Desert Companion before being named a 2023 James Beard "Best Chef: Southwest" Finalist. He most recently served as the opening chef at Anima by EDO.

Do I have to bring printed tickets to the event?
No tickets are needed.

The ticket price covers the full cost of the meal.

At this event we will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and food allergies. Do guests need to be of a certain age to attend this event?
Yes. All attendees must be 21+ to gain entry.
Does this restaurant allow BYOB?
No. This restaurant is a non-BYO establishment. Outside alcohol will not be permitted at this event.
What is the event ticket cancellation/refund policy?
Tickets to our events are non-refundable. However, for emergency requests, we may allow members to transfer their tickets to friends, provided the guest ticket surcharge of $25 is paid when transferring a member ticket to a non-member. All ticket transfer requests (as well as the guest ticket surcharge) must be sent to us prior to the event. Any guests who have not paid the guest ticket surcharge will not be allowed entry.
