As its name suggests, Traif is a celebration of pork, shellfish, and all things "un-kosher". The restaurant is located in Williamsburg, and Chef Jason Marcus, who also owns Xixa down the street, draws on his experience working the line at the likes of Eleven Madison Park and Le Bernardin to craft dishes that will leave you dumbfounded in the best of ways. Traif is a 2016 Michelin Bib Gourmand and NY Mag Critics' Pick.
