About
Since opening its doors in January 2018 in the Hall Arts District, Musume—whose name means “daughter” in Japanese—has made its mark as an elegant destination for contemporary Asian fusion, even being named, as recently as this year, one of Eater’s “38 Essential Dallas Restaurants” Under the guidance of Executive Chef Chris Conlon and hosting Executive Sushi Chef Yuki Hirabayashi, Musume delivers a menu rich in creativity, from standout small plates like grilled lamb lollipops and five-spice duck-leg confit, crispy lobster fried rice, scallops with curried kabocha squash and pomegranate molasses, and so much more. It’s all served up in a smartly-designed space, complete with banquettes framed in dark woods, a cherry blossom tree mural on the wall, and a striking marble bar. “An unforgettable dining experience” is how OpenTable describes Musume so, yes, you can hear the excitement in our voice.
