Debuting in 2019, this seafood-forward Mexican restaurant on Seventh Street from the team that gave Phoenix the popular taqueria known as Taco Boy’s has kept things fresh, landing on Arizona Republic’s 2026 List of “100 Essential Restaurants.” Chef Jesus Castro Beltran is delighting diners with a menu that includes such fare as hamachi crudo, a dazzling array of the freshest ceviche, chicharron de pulpo, which is marinated, deep-fried octopus, siete mares, or shrimp stew with clams, pulp, mussels, crabs, and fish filet, and mussels sauteed in spicy chorizo sauce.
