Fond enters 2019 with ten years under its belt as one of Philadelphia's favorite restaurants. Executive Chef and Co-Owner Lee Styer honed his craft in the kitchens of Philadelphia's Tangerine and Lacroix Restaurant at The Rittenhouse, as well as the former celebrated French restaurant Le Bec-Fin, before opening Fond with Co-Owner (and now spouse) Jessie Prawlucki in 2009. The James Beard-nominated Styer has been packing diners into Fond's cozy setting ever since with seasonal ingredients and daring, globally-influenced menu items. Fond has earned a spot on Eater Philadelphia's list of the 38 Essential Philadelphia Restaurants, and Philadelphia Magazine says Styer's "sense of adventure permeates" the menu. The Infatuation applauds Fond as "exactly what you want out of a neighborhood restaurant."
