Opened just this past November, this buzzy Williamsburg eatery is the brainchild of Chef/Owner Timothy Meyers, an alum of Michelin-Starred Eleven Madison Park and Michelin-Starred Blanca. Drawing inspiration from the American countryside, the restaurant pays homage to Chef Meyers’s childhood in Central New York, with a farm-to-table dining approach. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Meyers has devised an elegant and exciting menu that features such dishes as risotto with squash blossom, cilantro, and sheep’s milk cheese, pappardelle with charred cinnamon, duck, and preserved tomato, rainbow trout with napa cabbage, king trumpet mushrooms, and smoked roe, and lamb shank with cedar, blood orange, carrot, and miso. Leave room as well for luscious desserts like pumpkin-hazelnut tart and Brillat-Savarin triple crème.
