Opened in June of 2024, this Logan Square wine bar and bistro has appeared on Resy’s 2024 List of “Top Restaurants in Chicago” and Bon Appétit's 2025 List of “Best in Chicago.” Additionally, Chef Madalyn Durrant was named a 2025 Jean Banchet Finalist for a “Rising Chef” Award. She brings her artistry to a menu that features such signature dishes as steak tartare with anchovy mayo, stuffed morels with shrimp mousseline, pappardelle with duck and mushroom ragout, poulet rôti with braised lentils and caramelized onion jus, and pan fried rainbow trout with braised greens and chermoula. Divine desserts too, like rhubarb napoleon and caramelized white chocolate crémeaux with fried cornflakes.
