About

Opened in 2018, this Aurora eatery inside Stanley Marketplace has been collecting accolades ever since. It earned a place on Bon Appétit's “America’s 50 Best Restaurants” List and was named Eater’s “Restaurant of the Year.” What’s more, Chef/Owner Caroline Glover, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who worked for two years at The Spotted Pig in New York City (a pioneering gastropub run by famed British chef April Bloomfield), was a 2022 James Beard Award winner for “Best Chef: Mountain” and appeared on Food & Wine’s list of “Best New Chefs.” Her menu focuses on “scratch-to-table,” meaning everything is prepared from scratch. Here, diners find dishes like tahini grilled carrots with aioli, mint, and chickpeas, vegetable escabeche with chicories and cilantro crème, grilled beef tongue and marrow toast, steak frites, pork tenderloin tournedos with rhubarb glaze and curry sauce, and killer versions of profiteroles and pecan pie for dessert.
