Opened way back in 2015, this exceptional eatery in downtown Golden has maintained its high standards, appearing on Westword’s 2024 List of “Top 100 Restaurants.” Abejas is a community-focused restaurant dedicated to seasonality and making the best use of fresh local produce, organic meats, and sustainable fish.
