9-Course Nouveau Hawaiian Feast
Noreetuh is a Hawaiian-themed NY Times Critics' Pick eatery with strong ties to Japanese, Korean and Filipino cuisines. Executive Chef and Co-Owner, Chung Chow, has an incredibly impressive pedigree, having honed his craft at several of NYC's top Michelin-Starred restaurants before deciding to branch off on his own. The food Chef Chow cooks at Noreetuh is a pure expression of his life's journey. He grew up in Hawaii but spent years living and traveling all over Japan. Chef Chow brilliantly melds together the authentic Hawaiian food from his childhood with the flavors and techniques he studied in Japan to create an innovative cuisine that is entirely his own. We'll be taking over the entire restaurant for this event and Chef Chow will, of course, be coming out of the kitchen throughout the evening to share stories!
