Southern Nostalgia Dinner Event

Charlotte - February 3rd at Haberdish

We came, we saw, Haberdish conquered! Our first-ever Charlotte event is officially a wrap and oh, what a night it was! 75 attendees turned out for the event and filled up the restaurant with a bountiful amount of positive energy; the excitement was palpable. Executive Chef Carman Sparado and the rest of the Haberdish team certainly did not disappoint, as attendee feedback was incredibly positive across the board! It's safe to say they have set a very high bar for our events in Charlotte. Below are the top three courses, as rated by attendees on their feedback cards:

 

1st Place: Bacon Plate - with thick-cut peppered edwards bacon, maple peanut butter, red pepper jam, fried banana, and crispy jalapeños


2nd Place: Uncle Carman's Famous Pulled Pork - with alabama white bbq sauce, cabbage slaw, haberdish bread & butter pickles, and come back sauce


3rd Place: Crawfish Pancake - with arugula, horseradish dill crema, and smoked tomato jam
