Pan-Asian Meets French Dinner Event

Washington, DC - February 12th, at Kyirisan

Our first dinner with Kyirisan is over, but the scent of pork cheeks lingers on! Executive Chef/-Owner Tim Ma and his whole crew put on a hell of a show for the 70+ attendees that turned out to claim the restaurant as theirs for the evening!  Based on attendee feedback, Ma & team cemented Kyirisan's Bib Gourmand reputation, with diners celebrating both the restaurant's inventive cuisine and sparkling presentation! While it was hard to pick between these excellent options, below are the top 3 courses as rated by attendees on their feedback cards:

 

1st Place: General Tso's Pork Cheeks - with pepper jelly and benne


2nd Place: Blueberry Cream Pie - with fermented berry gastric and candied walnuts


3rd Place: Chiang Mai Sausage - with pickled mustard, turmeric cauliflower, and fermented radish relish
