Ode To Valencia Dinner Event

Los Angeles - December 9th at Otoño

Our first-ever event in Highland Park is a wrap, and it was QUITE a night! Exec Chef/Owner Teresa Montaño took us on a truly spectacular evening journey through the cuisine of Spain's Valencia region with some of the most beautifully-plated food we've seen all year; don't take our word for it though - peep the photos below for the proof! 1st Place: Gambas a la Plantxa - grilled blue prawns, garlic, and brandy de jerez served with pan con tomate


2nd Place: Arroz Negra - seared wild eastern scallops with chorizo iberico, dashi, squid ink, and lemon aioli


3rd Place: Croqueta de Pollo - goat milk braised marin sun farms organic chicken with membrillo honey and grilled seasonal vegetables
