Dutch Meets Indonesian Dinner Series

Chicago - April 18th & 19th at De Quay

As we continue to spread our wings in Chicago, the "first-evers" kept coming courtesy of Chef David de Quay and the team at De Quay. We have literally nothing to say about this event series other than that it was INCREDIBLE! We literally didn't get a single negative rating from attendees in our post-event survey. From the pacing, to Chef de Quay's stories, to of course the food, this event series was perfection. We're already brainstorming together about our next collaboration (spoiler alert: it will likely be a brunch series!). Below are the 3 top courses from each event as rated by attendees on their feedback cards. The fact that the top-3 lists were so different for each day just highlights the fact that, literally EVERYTHING was amazing!
