Nouveau Hawaiian Dinner Event

New York - September 26th at Noreetuh

This event was another return trip to one of our very first restaurant partners; Noreetuh. It had been ages since our list dinner event with Chef Chung Chung Chow, and he had some new dishes he'd been testing out that he was eager to get our feedback on. Obviously, we were more than happy to serve as his guinea pigs! Looking through the feedback cards, one thing was clear... The desserts were the stars of the show! They were also incredibly photogenic, btw :). Below are the top 3 courses of the feast as rated by attendees on their tasting notes: 

1st Place: King's Hawaiian Bread Pudding - with rum raisins and pineapple ice cream 

2nd Place: Kalua Pork Cavatelli - with pickled cabbage and parmigiano reggiano

3rd Place: Ube Pie - with haupia, macadamia nut crust, and whipped cream
