Tasting Collective comes to Vegas! We are super excited to kick things off with a visit to this sleek and stylish Spanish eatery, first opened in 2019 and reopened in 2021, which Thrillist named to its list of “Everywhere You Need to Eat Right Now” and which Eater cited as one of the “Prettiest Restaurants” in town. Executive Chef/Owner Jeff Weiss, who earlier in his career worked with such James Beard award-winning chefs as José Andrés and April Bloomfield, has created a place where diners cab enjoy extraordinary wood-fired paellas, tapas, fun cocktails, and a Dali-inspired wonderland of restaurant design. He first fell in love with Spain when he was awarded the prestigious ICEX culinary scholarship in 2009 and went to live there, learning about the regional cuisines and cooking in the kitchens of award-winning chefs such as Adolfo Muñoz and Dani García. His deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine is reflected in his James Beard and Gourmand World Cookbook Award-nominated Charcutería: The Soul of Spain.
